All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom (Mainland):

Free Shipping on all orders (10–15 business days)

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand internationally soon—stay tuned!

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Where possible, we use eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste.

If you select a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please wait an extra 2 business days before contacting us.

For lost, delayed or damaged parcels, email us at info@mypetzy.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the courier right away.

Not applicable for UK domestic shipping. If/when international shipping becomes available, we’ll update this section.
